Tahoe City
Tahoe City sits at the "Y" where highway 89 meets the Lake. An established community, Tahoe City is comprised of many different neighborhoods - Tahoe Pines, Dollar Hill, Lake Forest, The Highlands, just to name a few. Tahoe City proper is mostly a commercial area, with a residential section behind. Recently renovated, Tahoe City's "Commons Beach" features lush grass, and weekly summer concerts as well as picnic benches and a playground for the kids. Throughout Tahoe City is shopping and dining, much of which allows georgous Lake Views. |
